Data controller
Azalea, a UPV student team, is responsible for the data collected through this site's forms (hola@azaleaupv.com). Azalea operates within Universitat Politècnica de València — for the university's own data-protection framework, including its Data Protection Officer, see UPV's official privacy policy.
What data we collect and why
This site has three forms, each collecting only the fields needed for that inquiry type, on the legal basis of explicit consent (a required checkbox on every form): the sponsor form (company, contact name, role, email, sector, collaboration type, message); the recruitment form (name, email, degree, year, department, skills, availability, portfolio link, motivation); and the general contact form (name, email, message). No data is collected beyond what the visitor themselves types into the corresponding field.
Data retention
This site has no database. Every submission is delivered by email to hola@azaleaupv.com, or, if automatic delivery isn't configured, the visitor is asked to email directly. Once delivered, the message exists only as a normal email in that inbox — nothing is stored in any additional system on the site.
Third parties that process data
Resend (transactional email delivery) processes the form's content solely to deliver it, and only when automatic delivery is configured. Vercel (hosting) processes the request's technical data as part of the site's normal operation.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless tool: it sets no tracking cookie, uses no persistent identifier, and doesn't cross-reference data between sites. That's why this site shows no cookie-consent banner — there are no non-essential cookies requiring that consent. The events recorded are structural (which button was clicked, which form was submitted) and never include any form's content.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@azaleaupv.com. Since nothing is retained beyond the email already delivered, exercising these rights over a past submission means asking us to delete that email from our inbox.
